Order confirmation
All custom peptide and online(amyloid peptide) orders are to be accepted and confirmed in the form of PDF file by sending emails to customers. Any ambiguity should be double confirmed by customer. Since the process of synthesis begins, half cost of the order should be charged when any change occurs.
Conditions
VCPBIO lab's products of custom peptides and amyloid peptides are used for scientific research only and are not allowed to be used for any other purposes including, but not limited to, unauthorized commercial purposes, investigational use, in vitro diagnostic purposes, ex vivo or in vivo therapeutic purposes, in drugs, foods, devices or cosmetics of any kind, or for consumption by or use in connection with, or application or administration to humans, or animals. You acknowledge that the peptides have not been tested by or for us for safety or efficacy, unless expressly stated in our catalogues or on the label or other documentation accompanying the goods.
Shipping, insurance and tax
Generally all peptides shall be shipped to customer by HKEMS Express, courier assigned by customer is also adoptable. Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties at their destination. If a peptide or service you have ordered is tax exempt in your country, please provide us all documents and form of detail instruction about how to attach the documents and forms to shipping package. Failing to do so may cause delay in customs and result tax and duty charges.
Payment terms
Payment shall be arranged within 30 days after receipt the goods. We accept US dollars as the payment currency, other currencies shall be available if US dollar is not convenient.
Claim and warranty
For any package broken or vial spoilt, please inform us by email immediately upon receiving. All other claim should be made within 30 days when the peptides arrive at the destination in email (fax) ,or else shall be constitute a waiver by customer for any and all such claims.
Any custom peptide or amyloid peptide that does not meet the performance standards stated in the specification sheet will be re-substituted at no charge. This warranty limits our liability to the replacement of the product. No other warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided by VCPBIO lab. VCPBIO lab shall have no liability for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use, the results of use or the inability to use any custom peptide or amyloid peptide.
