Process of ordering
1. Quote online or by email (if you need to order directly, please ignore this step)
You can leave a message online or write an email to us, we will reply you a satisfactory quotation within 12 hours. Our quotation includes price, lead time, payments, and other terms.
2. Place the order online or by email directly
We will send you an order confirmation, please check the confirmation carefully; If there is not any dissent, we will start to synthesize the peptides.
3. Synthesizing peptides
Once order is confirmed, we begin to synthesize the peptides. During the process of synthesis, you can cancel the order; however, you should pay the costs of our labour and materiels.
4. Synthesis complete and delivery
After peptide synthesis is completed, and mass spectrometry test is qualified, we will deliver peptides out by express. HPLC and Mass reports are provided with shipping.
5. Receiving and complaints
Please check carefully once receipt the parcel. For any package broken or vial spoilt, please inform us by email immediately upon receiving. If there is any question in the course of experiments, please email us.
6. Payment
